4. RESERVATION CONDITIONS
apartment reservation
- The reservation of the apartment is made through the payment of the rental deposit of said apartment.
- Payment of the reservation deposit must be made by bank transfer or payment gateway.
- Your reservation will not be confirmed until the prepayment of the rental deposit has been received and you have received a confirmation email.
- The payment of the remaining amount of your reservation must be made at least 7 days before your arrival date, or date agreed according to particular conditions.
Rental cancellation
- All cancellations or changes must be made in writing via e-mail or WhatsApp. Cancellations or changes by phone are not accepted.
- The penalty for cancellation will be as follows:
o Cancellations 7 o more days in advance: 5% of the total amount (administration fees)
o Cancellations less than 7 days in advance: 50% of the total amount.
- If due to force majeure AGF Cala Crancs is unable to provide the client with the property that has been reserved, the client will be refunded all the money paid. AGF Cala Crancs will not be held responsible for future claims by the client.

Upon arrival you will be asked to provide a security deposit of €300 to ensure that the apartment and its contents are returned in good condition.
Upon departure, once the good condition of the apartment has been verified, the deposit will be returned by bank transfer.
check -in
- You must inform about the approximate time of arrival in order to plan the welcome.
- The apartment will be available from 4:00 p.m., if possible, we will try to deliver earlier.
check out
- Departures must be made before 11:00 a.m.
- On the day of your departure you must leave your apartment tidy and have disposed of the rubbish correctly. Please leave the sets of keys and the parking remote control in the cabinet at the entrance. If possible, we will try to collect the keys in person.
apartment cleaning
- The apartment must be clean before the arrival of each client.
- Before leaving, the client is obliged to leave the apartment in perfect condition, having thrown out the garbage.
- You will be charged a one-time fee for cleaning. Cleaning will be done once the client has left the apartment at the end of their stay.
Number and identity of guests
- The client will inform the number of guests included in the reservation.
- Unless otherwise agreed, only the number of people indicated by the client when making the reservation will be authorized to use the apartment.
- The number of people who can use the apartment must not exceed the number of people assigned.
- Pets are not allowed.
- In the event that any breach of the aforementioned obligations is committed, AGF Cala Crancs , by its own criteria, will have the right to ask the client to leave the apartment, and the client will not have the right to claim any type of compensation.
Behavior
- The client and his companions must behave in a civic manner and respecting the general rules of coexistence.
- Any activity that disturbs the normal coexistence of the community in which the accommodation is located, such as loud music, noise or parties, and that causes well-founded complaints from the neighbors, will be reason for the accommodation to be vacated immediately.
- Rest hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. on weekdays and from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on holidays, and during these periods any type of activity that disturbs any
Responsibilities
- The owner of the apartment will not be responsible for any direct or indirect damage that may occur as a result of the use made by the client of the apartment, including without limitation damages, insurance, losses due to fire, theft or criminal behavior.
- In case of any infringement of the aforementioned obligations, the property by its own criteria will have the right to ask the client to leave the apartment, and the client will not have the right to claim any type of compensation.
